Conway Carpets are looking for a Sales Rep to join the team

As a sales rep for Conway Carpets you will be expected to:

• Professionally communicate with customers and suppliers in person, on the phone, and via email.

• Provide recommendations and build relationships for both residential and commercial customers.

• Experience in a sales environment is preferred as this is a customer facing role which also entails working with suppliers, contractors and other sales representatives.

• Basic Math skills are required to assist customers with quotes as you will need to consider room size , product chosen, required extras and fitting. You will also need to provide room estimates and send invoices.

• Some physical activity, as you will be required to prepare orders for customers (cutting carpet, moving stock etc ) and displaying new products. As well as basic upkeep of the store.

 

​​Skills and Experience:

• 2 years in retail or Carpet & wooden flooring sales experience.

• Maths and IT skills preferred for invoice and customer communication.

• Clean driving licence required for customer deliveieres.
